Pre-reading questions


Before we start, I would like you to answer these questions as honestly as you can. The purpose of this is to measure and see progress. When we make changes to our lives, the easiest way to ensure we commit to the change is by ensuring we measure our progress.


Copy and paste this in a google doc or print it our and write down your responses. Keep it somewhere safe so you can look back on this at the end of the process.

  5. What are your biggest goals at the moment? Outcomes that you want in your life within the next 12 months (time, money, things, wealth, mind, body, relationships, hobbies, growth, impact ect). Just pick up to 10 outcomes that you’d love to experience in the next 12 months.

  6. If there was one outcome that you feel would give you the most happiness from the list above what would it be?

  7. What is one thing that is taking up a lot of your mind space at the moment?
